A part privately and part publicly owned company that processes urban waste produced in the Bilbao area by using a clean, new and highly efficient energy recovery process. ZABALGARBI responds to SENER’s initiative, aiming at implementing the guidelines set by the Integral Waste Management Plan of the Vizcaya Province.
