Chronic Renal Failure: 

Evidence which favours this diagnosis:
    Amenorrhea.
    High Prolactin levels.
Evidence which refutes this diagnosis:
    No history of renal failure.
    No risk factors for renal failure.
    These would not be the  first signs of chronic renal failure.
Incorrect answer. (ruled out as a possibility)
